L-LDH ELISA檢測(cè)試劑盒加入酶反應(yīng)的底物后，底物被酶催化成為有色產(chǎn)物，產(chǎn)物的量與標(biāo)本中受檢物質(zhì)的量直接相關(guān)。 通常，酶聯(lián)免疫反應(yīng)曲線是規(guī)則的，如果曲線不規(guī)則說(shuō)明實(shí)驗(yàn)穩(wěn)定性差，宜做平行樣修正。
產(chǎn)品實(shí)驗(yàn)流程：
一、實(shí)驗(yàn)前標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品、試劑及樣本的準(zhǔn)備；
二、加樣（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品及樣本）100μL，37oC孵育2小時(shí)；
三、吸棄，加檢測(cè)溶液A100μL，37oC孵育1小時(shí)；
四、洗板3次；
五、加檢測(cè)溶液B100μL，37oC孵育30分鐘；
六、洗板5次；
七、加TMB底物90μL，37oC孵育15－25分鐘；
八、加終止液50μL，立即450nm讀數(shù)。
