概述
SL401型循環(huán)水制冷機組是本公司自主開發(fā)出來的一代的高效節(jié)能換熱水循環(huán)制冷設(shè)備。本設(shè)備集蓄冷技術(shù)、微超調(diào)、微欠調(diào)PID調(diào)節(jié)智能溫控儀表、高效低噪聲循環(huán)水泵、單元集成化工藝、分體式設(shè)計等上技術(shù)于一體，是一個高科技、高技術(shù)、新工藝、新觀念的綜合體。本設(shè)備的推出，將換熱水循環(huán)制冷設(shè)備的技術(shù)水平推向了一個新的高度。
SL401型循環(huán)水制冷機組主要為X射線衍射儀、熒光光譜儀、掃描顯微鏡、激光器、能譜、真空成型機、高頻機、MOCVD等需用恒溫冷卻水源的精密儀器設(shè)備的配套產(chǎn)品。

TheSL401 Circulating Water Refrigeration Unit is a most up-to-date generation of highefficiency energy saving heat exchange refrigeration facility independentlydeveloped by out company. It is a product consists of most advanced techniquesin the world , such as cold accumulation, fine overshoot and underload PID intelligenttemperature controller, high efficiency low noise circulating water pump, unit integrationtechnology, separation design, etc. With a combination of high-tech, newtechnology, and new concept, this product pushed the heat exchange circulatingwater refrigeration facility engineering to a higher level.
TheSL401 Circulating Water Refrigeration Unit is mostly used as a supportingproduct for precision instrument facilities with the need of isothermal coolingwater, for example, the X-ray diffractometer, fluorescence spectrometer, scanningmicroscope, laser, energy spectrometer, vacuum forming machine, high-frequencygenerator, MOCVD, etc.
特點
采用分體式結(jié)構(gòu)，將壓縮機、風扇、冷凝器等置于室外，使室內(nèi)機組結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、噪音低；
合理的水循環(huán)使換熱器換熱效率高，堅固耐用、不易阻塞、抗凍能力強；
采用蓄冷動態(tài)平衡連續(xù)工作方式，因而大大減小了室內(nèi)機組貯水箱的體積，只需有60升水就可滿足工作要求，且溫度控制準確、穩(wěn)定；
操作十分簡便，只需按啟動開關(guān)，機組即進入工作狀態(tài)；
采用溫控節(jié)點控制自動加熱系統(tǒng)，保證北方地區(qū)冬季能正常使用；
本設(shè)備為單元化組件式設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)，因此維修十分方便、快捷，可減少維修費用，減少故障停機時間；
本設(shè)備的所有關(guān)鍵部分都采用進口或國產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)的定型產(chǎn)品，所以性能穩(wěn)定可靠，故障率極低；
Features
The structure of SL401 has separation design with compressor, fans,condenser installed outdoors, hence the indoors unit has compact conformationａnd low noise.
The heat exchanger of this product has well designed water circulationdevice which increases head exchange efficiency. It has strong robustness, lessblocking, and good freezeproofing ability.
This product works on continuously running duty with dynamically balancedcold accumulation, and hence has greatly reduced water storage tank in theindoors unit. Only 60 liters of water is needed to meet the basic work request,ａnd the temperature control is accurate and steady.
The operation of this product is very convenient. Just press the startbutton, and it will enter work mode.
With the temperature-controlled nodal operation self-heating system, thisproduct can be used in the winter season of north China.
The unit and module design framework used in this product enables veryconvenient and fast maintenance, with less cost of maintenance and less time ofdisorderly closedown;
All the key components are imported from abroad or of high-grade approvedhome products, which ensures the stable and reliable performance, and theextremely low fault rate of this product.
