DM-1000 數(shù)顯壓差計(jì)和流量表是替換模擬機(jī)械式差壓表及風(fēng)速表的的數(shù)字式儀表。同模擬表相比，數(shù)字表具有更強(qiáng)大靈活的功能，諸如可以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)編程選擇測(cè)量壓力、風(fēng)速或流量。此外DM-1000系列數(shù)字式差壓表還具備一個(gè)特性，因其具有報(bào)警設(shè)定點(diǎn)，特別適用于有過(guò)濾器的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合，當(dāng)過(guò)濾器臟了后，DM-1000將會(huì)閃爍報(bào)警，提醒客戶(hù)需要進(jìn)行維護(hù)等操作。
對(duì)DM-1000系列進(jìn)行編程，僅僅需要通過(guò)菜單鍵進(jìn)入4個(gè)醒目的子菜單，通過(guò)它們可以設(shè)定安全等級(jí)、選擇工程單位、更改K系數(shù)（當(dāng)使用不同的皮托管或流量傳感器時(shí)）、設(shè)定圓形或方形管道尺寸（測(cè)量體積流量時(shí)）、更改過(guò)濾器設(shè)定點(diǎn)、查看/峰值數(shù)據(jù)、設(shè)定數(shù)字阻尼值用來(lái)平滑讀數(shù)（用于讀數(shù)波動(dòng)較多的過(guò)程應(yīng)用）、高級(jí)顯示模式（用以節(jié)省電池），現(xiàn)場(chǎng)校準(zhǔn)零點(diǎn)及量程。
DM-1000系列數(shù)字式差壓表/風(fēng)速表，具有1%FS的精度（量程大于2? W.C）及2%精度（量程0.25? W.C到1? W.C）。DM-1000具有多種供電方式，可以使用9-24VDC電源模塊供電，也可以使用9V電池供電。而當(dāng)使用電源模塊供電且儀表具有9V電池時(shí)，電池將起到備份的作用，即當(dāng)停電時(shí)9V電池將自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)，使儀表繼續(xù)正常運(yùn)行。
