一、進(jìn)口氧氣減壓閥產(chǎn)品概述

進(jìn)口氧氣減壓閥（Oxygen pressure reducing valve），也叫氧氣調(diào)壓閥，是指用于氧氣介質(zhì)，閥體采用經(jīng)過去油脫脂處理的不銹鋼材質(zhì)，通過調(diào)節(jié)彈簧壓力設(shè)定出口壓力、利用膜片傳感出口壓力變化，通過導(dǎo)閥啟閉驅(qū)動活塞調(diào)節(jié)主閥節(jié)流部位過流面積的大小，實(shí)現(xiàn)對壓縮空氣的減壓穩(wěn)壓功能。從流體力學(xué)的觀點(diǎn)看，減壓閥是一個局部阻力可以變化的節(jié)流元件，即通過改變節(jié)流面積，使流速及流體的動能改變，造成不同的壓力損失，從而達(dá)到減壓的目的。然后依靠控制與調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)，使閥后壓力的波動與彈簧力相平衡，使閥后壓力在一定的誤差范圍內(nèi)保持恒定。

六、進(jìn)口氧氣減壓閥安裝說明
1、氣體減壓閥安裝必須嚴(yán)格按照閥體上的箭頭方向保持和流體流動方向一致。如果氣體不清潔含有一些雜質(zhì)，必須在減壓閥的上游進(jìn)水口安裝過濾器(我們建議過濾精度不低于0.5mm)。
2、為了操作和維護(hù)方便，氣體減壓閥一般直立安裝在水平管道上。
3、為了防止氣體減壓閥閥后壓力超壓，應(yīng)在離閥出口不少于4M處加裝一個減壓閥。
4、減壓閥閥前和閥后必須裝截止閥，更換或者維修時開關(guān)氣體用
5、氣體如果有冷凝水的話，需要裝汽水分離器，防止冷凝水對減壓閥活塞或者膜片的損壞。

5. If the gas has condensed water, it needs to be equipped with a steam separator to prevent the condensate from damaging the piston or diaphragm of the pressure reducing valve.
