旋塞閥概述 Plug valve summary
旋塞閥構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)略，啟閉敏捷，流體阻力小。這些年作為歷被大家選用的閥門(mén)之一，不光沒(méi)有被球閥等型式的閥門(mén)所替代，反而商場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)愈來(lái)愈火爆的趨勢(shì)。
旋塞閥是關(guān)閉件或柱塞形的旋轉(zhuǎn)閥，通過(guò)旋轉(zhuǎn)90度使閥塞上的通道口與閥體上的通道口一樣或分隔，完結(jié)敞開(kāi)或關(guān)閉的一種閥門(mén)。旋塞閥的閥塞的形狀可成圓柱形或圓錐形。在圓柱形閥塞中，通道一般成矩形；而在錐形閥塞中，通道成梯形。

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn) Structure features
1. 閥體進(jìn)出口端窗口設(shè)計(jì)為雙道溝槽密封環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)，旋塞在旋轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中，其密封副件的密封比壓在不斷變化，直至到達(dá)全開(kāi)關(guān)位置時(shí)，產(chǎn)生足夠的密封比壓，密封副達(dá)到零泄漏。
2. 雙道溝槽密封環(huán)既可以使PTFE襯套穩(wěn)固在閥體內(nèi)不產(chǎn)生位移，又可吸收由于溫差變化引起襯套產(chǎn)生的微量變形，同時(shí)襯套與旋塞之間產(chǎn)生有力的擦拭作用，又提高了密封面的使用壽命。
3. 塞軸上部采用了一個(gè)PTFE膜片和O型圈與調(diào)節(jié)墊片組合，既可以調(diào)整密封面的密封比壓，使塞子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活，又能保證進(jìn)、出口端和中法蘭連接端的密封。
4. 整個(gè)密封過(guò)程可近似認(rèn)為與管道內(nèi)壓力無(wú)關(guān)。
5. PTFE襯套內(nèi)，根據(jù)使用溫度和工作介質(zhì)采用不同襯料的填充物，潤(rùn)滑好、壽命長(zhǎng)。

3. ln the top of plug is a component consists of PTFE diaphragm,O ring and modulating gasket,it can modulate seal face and seal pressure rating,it makes plug rotary,ａnd also keep connection seal of inlet & outlet and middle flange.
4. Whole seal process almost have no any relation with inner pipeline pressure.
5. lnto the PTFE liner,use different fill in lining material base on the using temperature and working medium,good lubricate and long using life
