1. 特點和用途:
為了滿足電力、冶金、煤炭等行業(yè)發(fā)展需要,針對除灰除渣及渣漿輸送工況的特點,在幾十年渣漿泵設(shè)計制造經(jīng)驗基礎(chǔ)上,廣泛吸取技術(shù)和研制成果,我公司開發(fā)了我國一代大流量、高揚程、可多級串聯(lián)的ZJG(P)系列渣漿泵。
采用現(xiàn)代CAD設(shè)計方法,水力性能優(yōu)良,效率高和磨損率低;流道寬暢,抗堵塞性能好,汽蝕性能*;采用付葉輪加填料組合式密封和機械密封,確保渣漿無泄漏;可靠性設(shè)計,保證了整機平均工作時間(MTBF)大幅度提高;采用稀油潤滑公制軸承,合理設(shè)置潤滑與冷卻系統(tǒng),保證軸承在低溫狀態(tài)下運行;過流部件采用特殊材質(zhì),耐磨耐腐蝕性能好;經(jīng)特殊處理,用于海水除灰及海水和鹽霧電化學(xué)腐蝕工況;在允許的壓力范圍內(nèi)可以多級串聯(lián)使用,其允許工作壓力為3.6Mpa。該系列渣漿泵產(chǎn)品具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理、效率高、運行可靠和維修方便等優(yōu)點,廣泛適用于電力、冶金、礦山、煤炭、建材、化工等工業(yè)部門輸送磨蝕性或腐蝕性渣漿。
