該項目由Hidroin_eniring d.o.o. of Ljubljana實施，旨在提升水泥回轉(zhuǎn)窯中提供熱風(fēng)的大型風(fēng)機(jī)的可靠性。一個至關(guān)重要的控制特性就是避免四米的巨大風(fēng)機(jī)在共振頻率下運行，在此頻率下運行會引起震動累積從而損壞風(fēng)機(jī)。 

該安裝相關(guān)的所有設(shè)備都是巨型設(shè)備。風(fēng)機(jī)電機(jī)重量超過6噸，主軸直徑為140mm，連接至電機(jī)的四條電纜都有三根直徑為240mm，690V系統(tǒng)上的電流超過1000A！毫無疑問，該項目所配備的驅(qū)動器也同樣是大型的—1個Unidrive SP模塊化驅(qū)動器配備一個主機(jī)和八個從模塊，它們一起構(gòu)成了總共1MW的要求。主機(jī)控制單元加裝了一個與SCADA控制系統(tǒng)直接通信的SM ProfibusDP模塊，以及一個遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控和訪問的SM以太網(wǎng)模塊。

?所選的關(guān)鍵電機(jī)是一個690V LEROY-SOMER FSA三相異步交流電機(jī)，該電機(jī)專為zui惡劣運行環(huán)境的長使用壽命設(shè)計，包括水泥回轉(zhuǎn)窯周圍的運行條件。 

由PS Logatec公司負(fù)責(zé)驅(qū)動固定和安裝，安裝在水泥廠的一個空調(diào)工作間中。 

風(fēng)機(jī)上的傳感器檢測的震動信號反饋至SCADA系統(tǒng)。在運行過程中，系統(tǒng)確保風(fēng)機(jī)電機(jī)加速和減速時快速通過臨界頻率。電機(jī)軸上還安裝了一個通過電氣耦合與主電機(jī)分離的小電機(jī)，可在非工作時減慢風(fēng)機(jī)速度，避免熱損傷回轉(zhuǎn)窯。 

由于Unidrive SP為模塊化設(shè)計，客戶運行時*安全，即使一個模塊發(fā)生故障，驅(qū)動器仍具有降額運行的能力。 

艾默生CT的Unidrive SPM系列提供了是一個多功能的高性價比方案，滿足了大功率的驅(qū)動要求。簡便的安裝、多種運行模式（多脈沖、前端有源輸入或公共DC母線配置均可選擇）可選，減少了能耗成本。該模塊化系列提供12、18或24脈沖配置清潔電網(wǎng)，是理想的內(nèi)置動態(tài)負(fù)載制動控制器或再生回饋控制產(chǎn)品，能量可通過制動電機(jī)間內(nèi)的公共直流母線共享，進(jìn)一步降低了成本。
