描述 | 這株細(xì)胞是正常輸尿管組織用SV40病毒轉(zhuǎn)染建株的。 反復(fù)用非洲綠猴腎細(xì)胞平板測試檢測傳染性SV40的生成,結(jié)果都呈陰性。 脅迫(如曝露于化學(xué)試劑)下可能激活病毒。 ATCC還有一株化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化的成瘤細(xì)胞株,MC-SV-HUC T2,目錄號為CRL-9519。 |
