B. Analytical Program

The instrument is calibrated with limited international standard which Spectro Analytical Instruments GmbH have for general purpose. For special alloy and special elements, the instrument must be calibrated by customer themselves.

D. Service and Miscellanea

1. 安裝調(diào)試，培訓(xùn)和設(shè)備移交 Commissioning

合同總價(jià)包括安裝調(diào)試，儀器操作培訓(xùn)，設(shè)備移交用戶。在用戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝調(diào)試，培訓(xùn)和驗(yàn)收的工作時(shí)間總計(jì)不超過(guò)3天。額外的工作需要另外收費(fèi)。設(shè)備移交以設(shè)備驗(yàn)收為終結(jié)。驗(yàn)收展示分析系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行，儀器性能和供貨范圍滿足合同描述，由雙方代表簽訂驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告。安裝之前，買(mǎi)方必須按照賣(mài)方提供的安裝條件要求準(zhǔn)備好安裝條件。如果由于買(mǎi)方原因?qū)е买?yàn)收沒(méi)有完成，再次驗(yàn)收需要另外收費(fèi)。

The total price includes installation, commissioning of the analytical instrument and a basic training of its operation. The on-site installation and commissioning time of the system is limited to max. 3 days. Additional requirements such as (but not limited to) analytical help, training etc. will be invoiced. The commissioning is completed with an acceptance test, which shall demonstrate the perfect operation of the analytical instruments. Upon fulfilment of the Spectro specifications of the quoted analytical instrument, the acceptance protocol has to be issued and signed by both parties. Prior to commissioning, the laboratory and all necessary facilities for the commissioning of quoted analytical instruments must be fulfilled by the purchaser/end user according to the installation requirements which provided by Seller. Any reason caused by purchaser/end user to lead the failing of commissioning, the re-commissioning will be invoiced.

2. 保修期Warranty

保修期為驗(yàn)收后12個(gè)月或從德國(guó)發(fā)票日期之日起18個(gè)月，以先到者為準(zhǔn)。除因用戶使用不當(dāng)造成的損壞以外，保修期內(nèi)，德國(guó)斯派克分析儀器公司負(fù)責(zé)為用戶免費(fèi)維修或更換相應(yīng)損壞部件。

The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance or 18 month from invoice date, whatever occurs first. All faulty components will be repaired or replaced free of charge, except for damages caused by customer's negligence.

供方負(fù)責(zé)終身維修。保修期外，供方應(yīng)繼續(xù)向用戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。

The Seller should always provide the buyer with good service after warranty.

供方設(shè)有備件保稅倉(cāng)庫(kù)，保證備件供應(yīng)。

The Seller must supply the spare parts to the buyer in time.

3. 驗(yàn)收Acceptance

用再校準(zhǔn)標(biāo)樣進(jìn)行技術(shù)驗(yàn)收。

The international standard samples will be selected during acceptance.

按合同規(guī)定的供貨范圍進(jìn)行清點(diǎn)驗(yàn)收。

The quantity will be checked according to the supply scope of the contract.

4. 海關(guān)稅號(hào) Customs Tariff No.

根據(jù)布魯塞爾海關(guān)條約，儀器的海關(guān)稅號(hào)為90.27.30.00

For this type of instrument Customs Tariff No. 90.27.30.00 has to be applied according to the Brussels Customs Tariff Scheme.

5.設(shè)備原產(chǎn)地 Country of origin

除非特別說(shuō)明，本報(bào)價(jià)涵蓋所有供貨范圍原產(chǎn)地為聯(lián)邦德國(guó)。
