一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
熱空氣以適宜的噴動(dòng)速度從干燥機(jī)下段部呈旋流狀進(jìn)入攪拌粉碎干燥室內(nèi),同時(shí)物料由加料器定量加入塔內(nèi),熱空氣螺旋狀上升,對(duì)物料產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的剪切、吹浮、旋轉(zhuǎn)氣動(dòng)作用,于是物料受到離心、剪切、碰撞、摩擦而被微?;?,強(qiáng)化了傳質(zhì)傳熱。在干燥機(jī)底部,較大較濕的顆粒體或者團(tuán)狀物在攪拌器的作用下被機(jī)械分散、破碎;濕含量較低、顆粒度較小的物料被旋轉(zhuǎn)氣流夾帶上升,在上升過程中進(jìn)一步干燥。由于氣固兩相作旋轉(zhuǎn)流動(dòng),固相慣性大于氣相,氣、固兩相間的相對(duì)速度較大,強(qiáng)化兩相間的傳質(zhì)傳熱,所以該機(jī)干燥強(qiáng)度相對(duì)比較高。
閃蒸干燥機(jī)是集干燥、粉碎于一體的干燥設(shè)備,是一種連續(xù)、高效、快速的固體流態(tài)化強(qiáng)制攪拌分散干燥方式。適用于濾餅狀、膏糊狀、稀泥、漿狀物料、板框壓濾或離心機(jī)脫水的物料的烘干。如以下物料:
1.無機(jī)類:硼酸、碳酸鈣、氫氧化物、硫酸銅、氧化鐵、碳酸鋇、三氧化銻、各種金屬氫氧化物、各種重金屬鹽、合成冰晶石等;
2.有機(jī)物:阿特拉津(農(nóng)藥殺蟲劑)、月桂酸隔、苯甲酸、安息香酸、殺菌丹、草酸鈉、醋酸纖維素等;
3.陶瓷:高嶺土、三氧化硅、粘土等;
4.染料類:蒽醌、黑色氧化鐵、靛藍(lán)顏料、丁酸、氫氧化鈦、硫化鋅、各種偶氮染料中間體。
5.食品類:大豆蛋白、膠疑淀粉、酒糟、小麥糖、小麥淀粉等。
Hot air spirally enters the stirring and crushing chamber from the lower section of drier at appropriate velocity; in the mean time, material quantitatively enters the tower from the feeder. The hot air rises up spirally, which makes strong pneumatic cutting, blowing and rotating actions on the material, so the material is pelletized through centrifugation, cutting, collision and abrasion and the mass and heat transfer is intensified. At the bottom of drier, large wet particles or clusters are mechanically dispersed and crushed under the action of stirrer, while the material with low water content and small particle size rises up along with the rotating air flow and is further dried in the rising course. The gas and solid phases move spirally, the inertia of solid phase is larger than that of gas phase, the relative velocity between the gas and solid phases is large and the mass and heat transfer between both phases is intensified. Therefore this equipment’s drying intensity is relatively high.
The flash drier is a drying equipment incorporating drying and crushing. It is a continuous, efficient and fast solid fluidized forced stirring dispersion drying manner, applicable to drying such materials as filter cakes, pastes, mud and slurry, plate pressure filtration or centrifuge-dehydrated materials, as follows:
1.Inorganic: boric acid, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate, ferric oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, a variety of metal hydroxides, a variety of heavy metallic salts and synthetic cryolite etc;
2.Organics: atrazine (agricultural insecticide), lauric acid, benzoic acid, benzoic acids, sterilization pill, sodium oxalate and cellulose acetate etc;
3.Ceramics: kaolin, silicone trioxide and clay etc;
4.Dyes: anthraquinone, black iron oxide, indigo dye, butyrate, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide and a variety of azo dye intermediates.
5.Food: soybean protein, gelatinized starch, grain stillage, triticin and wheat starch etc.
二、特點(diǎn) Characteristics
1. 多種加料裝置供選擇,加料連續(xù)穩(wěn)定,加料過程不會(huì)產(chǎn)生架橋現(xiàn)象。
2. 干燥機(jī)底部可設(shè)置特殊的冷卻裝置,避免了物料在底部高溫區(qū)產(chǎn)生變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象。設(shè)有特殊的氣壓密封裝置和軸承冷卻裝置,有效延長(zhǎng)傳動(dòng)部分的使用壽命。
3. 特殊的旋流分風(fēng)裝置,有效強(qiáng)化干燥與熱交換能力。
4. 干燥室裝有分級(jí)環(huán)或旋流片,物料細(xì)度和終水份可因此而調(diào)節(jié)。
5. 相對(duì)其它干燥方法而言,可有效增加物料細(xì)度。
6. 干燥室內(nèi)切向氣速高,物料停留時(shí)間短,有效防止物料粘壁及熱敏性物料變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象,達(dá)到高效、快速、瞬間脫水、不間斷生產(chǎn)。
1. There are kinds of feeding devices to be chosen. The feeding process is continuous and stable, without bridging.
2. Special cooling equipment can be set at the bottom of drier to avoid the material deteriorating at the bottom high temperature zone. The special air pressure seal equipment and bearing cooling equipment are provided to efficiently prolong the service life of drive part.
3. The special cyclone separating equipment is adopted to efficiently intensify the drying and heat exchange capability.
4. The drying chamber is provided with graded ring or spinning disk, so the fineness and final water content of the material are adjustable.
5. Compared with other drying methods, this drier can efficiently improve the fineness of material.
6. The tangential air velocity in the drying chamber is high and the material stays there for a short time, which efficiently prevents the material from sticking on the walls and prevents heat sensitive material from deteriorating and achieves efficient, fast and instant dehydration and uninterrupted production.
