蒸汽排放消聲器(消音器系列 SILENCER SERIES)
本公司生產(chǎn)的XSQ系列消聲器可滿足各種參數(shù)鍋爐向空排汽、安全閥排汽及鍋爐送風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)口的降噪消聲要求，同時(shí)也廣泛用于石油、化工、冶金、紡織等工業(yè)的鍋爐蒸汽排放及其他氣體消聲排放，使之達(dá)到工業(yè)企業(yè)噪聲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。其特點(diǎn)如下：
1、采用多級(jí)消聲，消聲量大，排汽消聲器35~40分貝；放空消聲器可達(dá)25~30分貝。
2、體積小，重量輕，安裝簡(jiǎn)便，易維護(hù)。
3、XSO系列，筒體采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼或碳鋼，具有足夠高的強(qiáng)度和耐腐蝕性。

蒸汽排放消聲器“安裝須知" Installation notes
1. 應(yīng)垂直于爐頂安裝，如圖所示，用型鋼支架將消聲器固定支座或落地支腿與爐頂相固定；

2. 為增加爐頂高空的抗風(fēng)能力，對(duì)于體形較大消聲器應(yīng)采用支承式，及在消聲器前的排汽管裝一段膨脹彎管以吸收熱脹。

3. 下部的排水口應(yīng)暢通接到地溝，不應(yīng)裝配閥門(mén)。
