主要特點(diǎn)：
1、優(yōu)耐特凸輪轉(zhuǎn)子泵的軸承和同步齒輪被裝在一個(gè)獨(dú)立且密閉的齒輪箱里，內(nèi)部充滿齒輪油，具有較長(zhǎng)的使用壽命。
2、泵殼選用高精度不銹鋼全體鑄造，耐腐蝕，同軸、同心度好，易于拆裝維護(hù)。
3、轉(zhuǎn)子采用耐油、耐磨、耐腐蝕硅膠包覆，采用螺旋轉(zhuǎn)子技術(shù)，具有扭力大、噪音低、壽命長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)。
4、優(yōu)耐特凸輪轉(zhuǎn)子泵選用疾速修理布局模式，所有的部件都可以被輕松拆開(kāi)，使得修理變得輕松簡(jiǎn)潔。

工作原理：
凸輪轉(zhuǎn)子泵依靠?jī)蓚€(gè)同步反轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的轉(zhuǎn)子在旋轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中于進(jìn)口處產(chǎn)生吸力(真空度)，從而吸入所要輸送的物料·兩轉(zhuǎn)子將轉(zhuǎn)子室分隔三個(gè)小空間，并按ABC的次序運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)至A時(shí)，只有I室中充滿介質(zhì)；運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)至B時(shí)，B室中封閉了部分介質(zhì)；運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)至C時(shí)，B室與||室相通，介質(zhì)即被輸送至出料口。
應(yīng)用范圍：

4、泵如有異常振動(dòng)，應(yīng)立刻停止泵的運(yùn)行，停機(jī)查明原因。

Working principle：
